Fractional Life is an exciting new web brand based on the fractional ownership and asset-sharing concept. The site's aim is to give you the choice of the best of everything at a fraction of the cost, all under one roof in a 'fractional superstore'.
We have been working with Piers and Fractional Life since day one, and have helped shape the business concept, and worked very closely in all aspects of the project, from advice and consultation, through to design and ongoing development and search marketing of the website. The original concept of a fractional portal for fractional savvy consumers was unique at the time of launch, the very first, in an industry in its infancy. Fractional Life set the standards and helped shape the fractional industry as a whole. Now, many years on, it’s a website concept often copied, but never out done!
The website is a directory-based portal, listing fractional companies across a range of categories such as fractional property for example, allowing the user the chance to research a wide variety of shared ownership opportunities all in one place. There is also a wealth of information; articles, research and fractional news that all helps make this site the stand out in the industry.
Our first task was to design and build the site from scratch, adding in a Content Management System to allow the guys at Fractional Life to run the site, all the listings and advertisers themselves. This has given them the power to fully run the site, with little or no ongoing costs for site maintenance.
The second task was to deliver solid results across the major search engines for the primary keywords relating to the business. As an online only business, it was critical for the sites success to make an impact on the industry and drive targeted traffic through to the site from solid natural search engine results.
